"4.5 stars for this tale of blood and ash. I really enjoyed this novella! A fantastic blending of horror and romance that more often than not isn’t my cup of tea. However, Morgan’s characters were so likable and well-written and the conflict felt so urgent that I couldn’t put the book down. This would make a great movie and I’d love to see the author turn this into a screenplay. Definitely recommend this one to fans of the genre!"
